To create a new module in Office24by7, navigate to the ‘Create Module’ function in ‘Sales Setup’, open the ‘Module Creation’ panel, fill in the required fields such as name and type, and configure settings as needed. For detailed steps, visit the Create Module page.

System fields are predefined and standard fields within the Office24by7 platform. Their values are assigned by the system automatically when a record is added or any event happens on the record.

Custom fields are user-created fields used tailored to specific needs and used in dynamic objects. It allows more flexibility and personalization.

Automation helps you gain complete control on how certain actions should take place on the records in objects. Mention the triggers that start the automation process, set the conditions, define the flow control, and specify the actions. You can easily create an automation flow in the Office24by7 system by following the steps explained in the automation page.

User privileges can be assigned and modified by the admin of the organization. Three types of privileges that can be assigned include module, field, and user privileges. The admin can assign privileges by navigating to the ‘Privileges’ panel in the ‘Sales Setup’ menu.
